New Hampshire Single Payer Study Group

On March 12, 2008, the New Hampshire Medical Society (NHMS) Single Payer Study Group was created at the NHMS Council Meeting. The purpose of the Group will be to study national and state single payer health care reform proposals, inform the NHMS membership through NHMS communication mechanisms and present such information to the NHMS Council to allow for advocacy consideration. Our group will begin to prepare information for inclusion in the NHMS Newsletter, particularly focusing on providing information on the contents of HR 676 and the results of the NH Physician Survey.
